Shipping Rates and Policies

Standard shipping is UPS ground transportation. A customer may chose a faster service if desired, by selecting a different shipping method on the order form. The faster service fee can also be calculated on the order page. A standard order will generally be shipped within 3 to 5 days of receipt of the order. Delivery time for UPS ground is usually 3 to 5 business days.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our desire. Returns are accepted and credit given (minus the shipping fee) under the following conditions:

The item is the wrong size, not what you expected, or is the wrong color.
You must receive a return authorization prior to returning the merchandise. Please email Can Do Enterprise Group, Inc. at stickeypads@sbcglobal.net to arrange for the return. Please include your phone number where we may contact you.
The items must be UNUSED and returned in the same shipping box as received.
The item must be returned via UPS only.
